please allow 10 business days for the shipping to arrive, and if you haven't received the package after 10 business days you can contact us by email or use the contact form from the website for help. Once we confirm the package is lost, we will issue full refund.
If you received a product that is damaged due to the elements of shipping, please take a photo immediately and contact us within 24 hours upon receiving via email (email@example.com). Once we received item and validate the conditions, we will issue full refund to the original payment method was used.
If you find the product you received is not what you have ordered, please contact uswithin 24 hoursand we will send you a shipping label for return and exchange. No refund will be issued in this case.
