Return and Refund Policy

We understand that things sometimes don’t go according to the plan, if you have changed your mind regarding the order you have placed or received, here is what you can do.

1. Get refunded after placing the order:

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing the order. We will issue the full refund within 48 hours after canceling the order.
  • Once the order is shipped, we do not accept return and refund. Exceptions apply and please refer to the "Get refunded after receiving the product" section for more details.

2. Get refunded after receiving the product:

  • All items are listed as final sale, and we generally don't accept returns after purchasing. However, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong, and we Do issue full refund for the following circumstances.
    • Lost Package
      • please allow 10 business days for the shipping to arrive, and if you haven't received the package after 10 business days you can contact us by email or use the contact form from the website for help. Once we confirm the package is lost, we will issue full refund.
    • Damaged Product
      • If you received a product that is damaged due to the elements of shipping, please take a photo immediately and contact us within 24 hours upon receiving via email ( Once we received item and validate the conditions, we will issue full refund to the original payment method was used.
    • Wrong item
      • If you find the product you received is not what you have ordered, please contact us within 24 hours and we will send you a shipping label for return and exchange. No refund will be issued in this case.
