Return and Refund Policy

1. What is the return policy of TheLuxuryStore?

All pre-owned items are final sale and non-returnable. (There are some exclusions apply. )

Returns are accepted only for the following reasons within 7 days of receipt.

  1. Damaged Product
  2. Incomplete Product
  3. Incorrect Product

 

2. How to submit a return request?

If you have received a product that is damaged/incomplete/incorrect, please take a photo immediately and contact us (info@theluxurystore2019.comwithin 24 hours upon receiving, once we approved the request, we will send you a return label by email.

 

3. How to get refund after returning?

Once we received item and validate the conditions, we will issue full refund to the original payment method was used.
